PILATES

Mat Class
In our studio we can have up to 12 people in a mat class. Mat classes are 1-hour in length and each individual should bring their own mat with them. Class is very structured and we will move through all the motions in a very specific and sequential order that was designed by Joseph Pilates and considered "Classical Pilates."
Anyone is welcome to join mat class and drop-ins are welcome, plus we now offer virtual classes as well. There is constant demonstration, verbal and manual cueing if needed for both new beginners and seasoned veterans to Pilates. All mat classes run in continuous 8-week sessions.
Cost: $100 for 8 weeks
Single Class Drop-in: $15
Virtual Mat Class: $16

Group Reformer Class
Group reformer class is for those that dislike having to workout by themselves. Sometimes it can be hard to have the drive to get into a healthier lifestyle and having friends or family with you during the journey makes it that much easier. Group reformer is for two to four individuals and can be a group of people you already know or a random mix of strangers that bond over their fitness goals.
All sessions are 1-hour in length and instructor led with constant cueing and progressions to keep things new and challenging.
Cost: $225 for 8 classes

Private Reformer Class
Private reformer classes are 1-on-1 instructed, hour-long sessions. Emphasis and focus on proper posture, alignment with personalized program structure to the individual to meet their needs and modifications made as necessary with regards to health concerns. On the reformer with the aid of straps and springs for resistance and tension, individual's can work out every part of their body whether they are completely new or have taken Pilates previously.
Cost: $475 for 8 classes

Duet Reformer Class
Duet reformer class is for those that dislike having to workout by themselves but don't want to work out in a larger group either. Sometimes having that friend or family member present in class can help you both achieve your fitness goals and increase your drive to lead a healthier lifestyle. Duet reformer is for two individuals that want to push each other to strive for improving flexibility, strength, mind and body control.
All sessions are 1-hour in length and instructor led with constant cueing and progressions to keep things new and challenging.
Cost: $275 for 8 classes​

Paddle Board Pilates

Summertime Paddle Board Pilates
The weather is slowly working it's way to warmer and I'm looking for feedback on when you would be most interested in doing a paddle board Pilates class this summer. If interested please take the survey so I can start preparing my schedule for some summertime fun on the lake!

Strength & Balance Class
This class will be 45-minutes in length and set up to work on progressing strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. Class will start sitting in a chair and progress from there using the chairs to provide support and balance for exercises as well as stabilization. Classes will be run in 8-week sessions and individuals can choose to pay per class or for the full 8-week session.
Cost: $70 for 8 classes or $10 per class
