This one-hour session is designed to assess your general orthopedic conditions, such as those affecting the shoulder, back, et cetera and to develop a personalized treatment plan. Your physical therapy plan of care will require follow-up appointments to ensure you are able to manage symptoms and meet your health goals. Some of these appointments may be scheduled at the time you make your evaluation and more may be made at the time of that first appointment.
