What brought you to try Pilates?
I need to exercise but have joint limitations. The reformer allows me a great workout without too much stress on my joints.

Core strength and a sense of doing my body good.

What advice would you give to someone with regard to Pilates classes that you feel would help them maximize their experience?
If you are questioning taking a reformer class - give it a try! It's great fun.

For someone that has never tried or heard of Pilates before, how would you describe what it is to them?
Exercising with resistance and assistance from springs.
