Focused on Women's Wellness
A collaboration event between ProActive Core Health and Calumet County Chiropractic focused on women’s wellness and health. If you are someone who pees your pants while laughing, jumping, coughing, or running… this event is for YOU! We are offering a FREE pilates session, taught by Becky Kissinger, for the ladies of our community interested in alternative ways to support your overall health and your pelvic floor. Women, ages 15+ are welcome, as there are no skill levels required for this class.

Any new individual you refer to Proactive Core Health for physical therapy, Pilates or CoreAlign classes earns you $5 off your next class if they make an appointment with me for a PT evaluation or join an 8-week Pilates mat, reformer or a 4 or 8-week adult CoreAlign session

Person that is referred must turn in this card with the name of the individual that referred them and must have their PT evaluation or paid for Pilates/CoreAlign sessions prior to the referring individual receiving their discount

Starting on January 1st all of our clients will be receiving a punch card. You are responsible for bringing the punch card to each session you attend and getting it stamped. Once you reach 16 stamps/classes your 17th class is on us! Reminder that punch cards do have an expiration date and must be filled out and used prior to the expiration to get the free class!!

We want to celebrate you! Starting at the beginning of this year we will be collecting client birthdays. Each month we will draw a winner from eligible birthdays. We are working on prizes for the birthday winner and looking to highlight the winner, if they choose, on our website and social pages.
