All of our clients receive a punch card when they start classes with us. You are responsible for bringing the punch card to each session you attend and getting it stamped. Once you reach 16 stamps/classes your 17th class is on us! Reminder that punch cards DO have an expiration date and must be filled out and used prior to the expiration to get the free class!!

Any NEW individual you refer to Proactive Core Health for physical therapy, Pilates or CoreAlign classes earns you $10 off your next class if they make an appointment with me for a PT evaluation or join an 8-week Pilates mat, reformer or CoreAlign session
