Physical Therapy Evaluation - Women's Pelvic Health

Cost: $100 for 1 hour session

-$10 will be added to total if dry needling treatment applied during session

Physical Therapy Evaluation - General Orthopedic

This is a one hour evaluation for physical therapy to determine treatment and plan of care for general orthopedic conditions (ie: shoulder, back, etc).  Do NOT forget to check with your insurance to see if you need a Doctor's referral.  See our FAQs page for more information.

Cost: $100 for 1 hour session

Physical Therapy Follow-Up Appointments

After determining your physical therapy plan of care most often times there are follow up appointments needed. Please schedule follow ups according to the plan you discussed with your physical therapist.

Cost: $75 for 1 hour session

Dry Needling Maintenance

This is a follow up dry needling session or maintenance dry needling treatment. This is only for patient's that have had a full evaluation or previously been seen by us for physical therapy.  If you are a NEW patient, you must sign up for a full evaluation for your first session.

Cost: $40 for 30 minute session

Posture & Desk Ergonomics Consultation

This a 30 minute consultation that starts with a general physical therapy evaluation, where you can ask questions regarding general posture concerns, desk or work ergonomics and positions. We will address concerns, give advice on ways to improve desk set-up, work positions, proper squat/lifting mechanics and give stretching exercise for improved postural awareness. If necessary or if there is an injury may suggest a full physical therapy evaluation.

Cost: $50 for 30 minute session

Pilates Classes

We offer a variety of Pilates classes from mat to reformer.  Depending on your preference you can also choose from private and individualized classes to group classes.  See our available days and times available.
