About the event
This is a class that is open to anyone looking to work into improving posture, strength, breathing, flexibility and balance. Classes will start with participants sitting in a chair and working into some light balance activities as well. This for individuals that may not feel ready or up to doing a full Pilates class at this time but want to stay active and mobile.
