    We provide cash-pay physical therapy services for general orthopedics and women's pelvic health. If needed we may discuss adding in dry needling treatments as well.

    Pilates Classes

    We offer a range of Pilates classes from mat to reformer for individuals of all experience levels. Not sure what is the best fit for you, then I suggest a trial session.

  • 03.

    CoreAlign Classes

    The CoreAlign is a piece of exercise equipment that helps you get in tune with your body by understanding how it's moving, where it's moving and then how to better control that movement. Trials sessions are available for first-time clients as well.
