General Orthopedic Evaluation

This is a one-hour evaluation for physical therapy aimed at determining the treatment and care plan for general orthopedic conditions (such as shoulder, back, etc).  Be sure to verify with your insurance if a Doctor's referral is required.  Visit our FAQs page for more details. An additional $20 will be charged if dry needling treatment is administered during the session
